From my first connection with Laurie until verification of receipt of the arrangement, I felt I was in very competent, caring hands. As i was out-of-town and needed a funeral arrangement for a dear family member in short order, Laurie was a godsend. She walked me through my options, had terrific suggestions (and texted photos!), helped me write the condolence card (since I was in tears) and even suggested a modest price range! Most importantly: the arrangement was breathtaking much appreciated and very artistic. I could not be more delighted. Run, don't walk to Urban Orchid!
