I’m a Canadian resident but live part-time in Cleveland and have an Ontario drivers license. It’s always been accepted as it’s government ID. The girl I encounter today had black hair and quite an attitude. Asked me if I had a passport instead of my government ID drivers license. Unsure who carries passports around with them since they’re so expensive and a risk to lose. She denied me access and had quite the condescending attitude as we left. After saying we’ll find somewhere else to go. Will not be shopping here again. I recommend that when you hire your staff, you encourage them to treat everybody the same. If I was allowed to enter more than four times to this establishment with my ID that I have then there should be no issue at all. This seems like a girl that just had a power trip. Avoid the attitude and find a friend friendly place.
