- PPPlayCr8zFeb 15, 20261.0Horrible customer service. Last wouldn't complete a return and put funds on a gift card for reasons I don't know. But I go to another location and they do it just fine. It's always some bull at this location. The workers hate their jobs and do everything to make customer lives harder
- BABrandy AldersonDec 23, 20255.0I love Citi Trends. They carry clothing you can not find at most stores. They carry men's, children's, juniors and plus size clothing along with shoes for everyone. The one downside is the changing rooms are not open but they do take returns with tags and the receipt. Citi Trends also carries limited home decor, if you are looking for a blinged out home item, ods are Citi Trends has it. My favorite is the "dress leggings" My work life has been transformed by dress leggings
