  I have to leave both a positive and negative review unfortunately. I brought my Rolex in for service last year and they did a phenomenal job. They took a 25 year old Rolex and made it look brand new. After that great experience I decided to go back on 03/19/26 with my fiancée and talk Rolex and the upcoming wedding band weekend. I met with Anthony Campagne. He told me the wait for Rolex is 2-3 years and there’s no way to get one before my fall wedding, which hey it’s a popular brand! I inquired about the wedding band weekend and was told he would reach out when he got back from vacation. A week later Anthony reached out thanked me for coming in and sent a link to information about Rolex. I asked about making an appointment for the wedding band weekend and Anthony asked if Friday or Saturday would be better. I inquired about a Saturday afternoon appointment. I never heard back from him. A few days later I decided to follow up. Anthony replied again asking if I wanted Friday or Saturday, I once again asked for a Saturday appointment. Ultimately I again never heard back from Anthony and never got my appointment for my finance and I to come look at wedding bands for their big event. I’ve gone back one more time since that visit in April 2026 and dealt with a nice female employee when dropping off my dad’s Rolex for service as a father day surprise. I wish I remembered her name as she was incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t wait to see the results.

  Jason Schreibman and his team were amazing. Great customer service and efficient work. Went for a battery exchange and was able to get it done within minutes while I explored the incredible collection.

  As a salesperson myself, I have a very high bar for customer service, and Cheryl at Alson Jewelers absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’m currently in the market for a new watch—one that is notoriously difficult to obtain. Rather than giving me a quick brush-off, Cheryl took the time to thoroughly explain the procurement process. She walked me through all the current watch options and set very realistic, honest expectations, which I truly appreciated. What really impressed me was her follow-up; she reached out immediately after my visit to keep the momentum going. It’s rare to find that level of proactive communication and genuine expertise. If you are looking for a luxury timepiece, do yourself a favor and ask for Cheryl. I’m looking forward to doing business with her and the Alson team in the future!

  When looking for a jeweler to repair my since passed mother in law I sure picked the right one. They knew how special this watch was to us and treated It as if their own. Communication every step of the way amazing. Even sending to Europe to see cost of overhaul. It is on its way back to us and cannot say enough good things about working with them

  I was given a potential 6 week waiting time for the routine servicing on my Rolex Yacht Master to be completed but it only took half the time. My watch bezel and bracelet also came out looking brand new! The staff was helpful, patient, and courteous and I’ll definitely go back to Alson again for my future jewelry/ watch purchases and repair!
