  The manager Keyona was amazing. The store was clean and very organized. All employees had on masks.

  I LOVE the Cleveland Heights location! I've been shopping there for a while. I called about my daughter's layaway last week to tell them that I missed a payment but would be there this week to pick up it up. It was due out the following week. The lady on the phone was very nice. She said corporate calls and tell them when to put the layaway back but she'd leave a note for the manager. I come in the next week to find out it's gone. I asked for the manager, who was taking a break. When she came back, she explained to me the policy. I talked to her and told her that was all my daughter wanted and asked how she could help me find everything on the receipt that was put back. I prayed that she could help me in some way. S'Donna took my receipt and came back with ALL of thee items. I cried thanking her because it was all my daughter wanted. I even bought a pair of shoes for my daughter that wasn't on the list. She was so helpful and NEVER gave an attitude. I will continue to shop there because of the helpful staff and willing employees.
