  I usually visit the store once a week! The staff has always been kind and polite. Asking if anyone needs help finding anything. Would recommend Ascend if your looking for a solid brands and products at fair prices.

  I bought a different kind of vape that wasn’t compatible with the battery I had. I was going to ask if I could exchange with a different one that worked w my battery but before I could ask Nina hooked me up w a free battery that was compatible with the vape I bought! She was super polite and super helpful! Thanks Nina!

  Friendly budtenders, decent prices for Ohio, great hours. Recently started doing curbside as well, which is nice. They could have a larger selection of concentrates, but what they do have is pretty good.

  I tried paying with a card but it declined I know I had the money in my account. I called the bank it was approved. I went right back and the manager said that it's been happening and there's nothing he can do about it. I showed him proof it on my phone. I didn't like that at all now I have to wait for my dispute up to 2 weeks. The guy that helped me was nice and the young lady that helped me also. I usually go to pure Ohio. This was my first experience at Ascend. It was not good at all. Be careful using your card at the counter.

  Got what I needed fast no hassle and was pleasant experience talking to him he also really understood the industry and was knowledgeable about what the product was for and helpful went above and beyond to make sure he met my needs sending a huge a huge thanks may have found my place
