  We had a great experience with Courtney D. I was impressed with all the different forms of product and she explained each product and helped me understand which would be best for hiking chilling or dancing. Isn’t it wild? She’s A plus in her game.

  Great experience overall. Teddy was really friendly and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The selection was solid and everything was well organized. Prices were fair too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I was apprehensive about going to the landing because of the outlandish prices but I went anyway. The receptionist told me that I couldn’t use my medical card because it was registered to my passport not my id. I say ok and take a seat. For 20 minutes I watched people come in after me and sent to the back. I ask when my turn was and she said she needed the numbers off my passport. So this goofy lady just let me sit there. Common sense would say that I would shop recreational if medical was u available. Pool customer service!! I ended up walking out because stupidity is contagious and I didn’t want to catch it.

  The workers in the stores have mostly been great. My main issue with this company is the way that the loyalty points were handled at the end of last year. The company notified users of the fact that loyalty points would be reset at the end of the year, and as such, they needed to be spent before then. Over the course of two months, I went into a location almost every day trying to spend my points to no avail. Due to the demand, there was never anything available to spend the points on. Literally, nothing. I spoke with managers at both the Cincinnati and the Monroe locations and was told that I would be contacted with some sort of resolution. Nothing ever came. At one point, I received a generic email from the company's CEO saying that there were customer appreciation gifts available to be picked up in stores. After six attempts to pick up said gift, I was left empty handed. I'm not blaming the workers in the stores, but corporate needs to work harder to live up to the promises they are making. I find it crazy that I lost almost $400 of loyalty dollars due to simply not being able to spend them on anything. I find it very disheartening that The Landing is so eager to take my money, but when it comes time to reciprocate with a loyalty program they instituted, complete silence. I will be taking my business elsewhere, such as The Garden in Camp Washington.
