Honestly, best I’ve ever been treated by an upscale jeweler. Very pleasant but not pushy and knowledgeable as well as I’m a typical watch nerd that’s loves to discuss timepieces. Great variety, wonderful brand choices and plenty of inventory. While I did make a sub thousand dollars purchase, I was treated like I’ve been a customer for years. You all made my day!

The couple people I’ve talked to seemed great. Purchased an Omega Seamaster back in late 2024 and also had them “order a Rolex Wimbledon”, or was put on “the waitlist” as everyone better calls it. It’s now April of 2026 with no update. Assuming I haven’t spent enough money to obtain a dream watch. Only thing that received is occasional automated texts for the first few months saying they haven’t forgot about me. That didn’t last long. Pretty sad they play to game everyone hates in the watch industry.

Zach and Heather were absolutely incredible to work with. They helped us purchase an engagement ring, a watch, and our wedding bands, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we wanted—never pushy, just helpful and attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly value their customers.
We couldn’t be happier with everything we purchased, and we’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend working with them!

Had a fantastic experience with Andrew here last week. I inquired online about my desired watch and heard back almost immediately with clear next steps.
I stopped in over my lunch break having already done some research. Andrew was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He walked me through everything I’d been considering and gave me a genuine read on each option. I ended up walking out with a beautiful Longines I can’t stop staring at.
These guys will for sure be keeping my business.

I came to this store by recommendation of a friend to have a very important family heirloom worked on. I was given an approximate estimate for my ring and the repair work by the sales associate, and was told that only her manager could give a more precise estimate for the value of my ring, including the central piece and side pieces, so that I knew my options/cost for transitioning my piece. She said he was currently out of the store, and that she’d get back to me on those values, and also the cost of repairs.
A week later I get a phone call asking if she can send my ring off to the jeweler to get an estimate for the repair work. I told her I was under the impression that she was already getting estimates from her manager on the value of the different parts of the ring, and also the estimate for the repair work, so yes— as already discussed— I gave her the go ahead.
A week and a half later (3 weeks after initially going in-store) I called back because I still had not gotten the information I requested. At this point, she still does not have information from her manager regarding the values we discussed, and now informs me that I would need to pay for an appraisal for this info, saying she’s “trying to save [me] money.” I reminded her of our initial conversation when she told me she could get an estimate from her manager at no cost, to which she replied it’s harder to get a hold of a manager because they are in and out of the store (despite having 3 weeks to get this information). The only information she could give me was that it would be an even trade to turn my ring into a pendant, and gave me a quote for the repair work as provided by the jeweler, which was double the quote for repairs that she initially quoted me in-store.
Overall, customer service was exceptionally slow, misleading, and my business was not taken seriously. I was given conflicting information from the sales associate on multiple fronts, who did not follow through on providing me with information that *she said* she could get. There was no apology for the substantial delay, yet I did receive an acknowledgment that it took entirely way too long to get what little information I got.
I did not support this shoddy customer service with my business, and instead found another jeweler who was able to get me the information that I needed, same-day.
