  I always shop here especially in the spring and summer. My daughter has gotten every home coming dress from here! I’ve never had a bad experience however I have never been treated as well as I was on my last visit. Ilena said she was a new manager there and although the mall was shutting down early due to a snow storm and her living 45 minutes away she did not shit down or kick me out, she stayed and assisted me with finding the most perfect dress for my cruise. She was so nice, we laughed and made each others night. It’s nice to know people love their jobs and I appreciate her so much! THANK YOU ILENA!! 😘

  Great experience 10/10, the girls in there were so sweet and helpful. Calinia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing, I literally watched her find outfits for me and 2 other people even though she was busy and she ATE. She made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing the entire time even though I am so shy, loved her. Will definitely be back (when I get paid bc y’all ain’t cheap😭)

  I was shopping at Windsor the day prior when I purchased a shirt that the clerk, Bea, accidentally left the security tag on it. I returned the following day with the shirt (had tags still on and had receipt). I asked for the clerk, Mckay/Emma, to remove security tag, which they did. However, when I asked for a discount or gift card for my troubles, as I drove 30 minutes back to Windsor just for them to take the security tag off, I was not given anything to compensate my woes except a 15% off coupon that expired in only 3 weeks. Overall, terrible customer service, and I would not recommended shopping at this location.

  employees here are very rude. cashier didn’t ask me for my email the first time i cashed out but then when i came back to purchase something else did when the manager was standing there? very dry and did not say thank you or goodbye after my purchase. manager was not very friendly either, asked her for advice on an outfit and didn’t say much and walked away from me mid conversation. this location is very chaotic and low staff. no one up front to help, can’t find anything on the floor and no one tending to fitting rooms.
