  This store was absolutely beautiful and their client advisors are top notch! Especially Hayden! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, professional, and patient with me as I looked for the perfect piece. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be sure to stop at this location when I am in town again!

  I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to Diana, a sales representative at Tiffany & Co. at Kenwood Towne Centre. Prior to this visit, I had never been inside a Tiffany & Co. boutique and had only ever experienced the brand through catalogs, movie references, online platforms, and advertisements. Because of this, I felt somewhat hesitant to walk into the store, as my past experiences with luxury retail environments and sales representatives have often felt tense or uncomfortable. From the moment I entered the store, Diana stood out among the staff. She was more than willing to approach me and immediately made me feel welcome. Not only did she engage me in genuine conversation, but she also took the time to walk around the store with me, making the entire experience feel personal and meaningful rather than rushed or transactional. She thoughtfully selected various pieces for me to try on and encouraged me to experience them fully. As we walked through the boutique, we discussed our shared appreciation for Tiffany & Co. as a company, along with interesting historical facts about the brand itself. I expressed how deeply I wish to one day own a piece of Tiffany jewelry, and Diana treated that aspiration with kindness and respect. Being able to step inside the store, see the pieces up close, feel them, and try them on felt symbolic to me — as though I were manifesting the opportunity to own such beautiful jewelry in the future. This experience became a core memory for me, and it is one I will cherish for the rest of my life. Diana’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for both her work and the brand transformed what could have been an intimidating experience into something truly special.

  We spent over $20,000 here in the last few years When we spending money the service was great. My wife walked back in to get it cleaned this year. They were extremely dismissive of her and the ring came back extremely dirty obviously, they’re annoyed with their free cleaning Policy. It’s an hour drive for her to get there. You can get a lot more ring and a lot more diamond going somewhere else not to mention my wife’s Ring has lost five diamonds over the last two years. She’s a stay at home mom so it’s not like she’s doing construction work. Not sure your quality is there anymore. If you’re gonna lack in quality maybe be superior in customer service. Which now you have fallen short of. If you say you’re Going to have a manager call have a manager call. I think on our next upgrade We will consider our other options. Maybe Cartier.   I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Tiffany's. I am disappointed with the shift in business model that requires charging $20 per piece. Clearly there is a rebrand taking place and an effort to eliminate some customers but it makes the brand look cheap and grubby. I will not be shopping this brand anymore. This is not even the best cleaning I have received, this necklace was wet when handed to me.
