    Really disappointed with the service at Macy's as I experienced the three cashier's laugh and talk about a disabled person who asked for a cart. When manager of that area came up on my request she Stephanie walked away with one of them mocking about it wasn't a big deal. Asked for store mgr Tom. On way out he answered the call then a few minutes later cashier said he said he'll be right down. After 5 minutes the mgr Stephanie came down claiming he was at lunch. If this is how Macy's treats customers who ask for a cart that has a disability this is not the place to shop. This was in the backstage area not sunglass hut.

    Called in today to clarify about the price and availability on a pair of wiretap 2.0s. The girl was a little rude and wasn't quite answering my questions. She claimed they didn't sell them, which I had been inside the Macy's and tried them on. I tried to explain they were discounted on Oakley's website and if their price was the same or not, just to make a smart purchase. Buyer beware that all pairs they have are display / used.

    The young lady who helped me was phenomenal, I didn't catch her name. However, they only had one pair of each on hand and it was their display units. In what way does this make sense. Pay full price for sunglasses that are all knicked up. The other option is wait for a week or more for them to order you a pair. Very poor set up.
