We ended up purchasing a pair of Prada sunglasses. As we were leaving, we noticed the Louis Vuitton store nearby and saw another pair we liked in a similar price range. So we decided to return to Sunglass Hut to return the Prada pair we had just purchased. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The staff member working at the time was extremely rude. When my friend approached him to return the sunglasses, he pulled her bag from hands in a very unprofessional manner and spoke to us disrespectfully, saying things like “you’re not even our customer.” Just because someone is returning an item doesn’t mean they should be treated poorly. It’s basic customer service to speak with kindness and respect, no matter the situation. The way he handled the return and spoke to my friend was unacceptable and made us feel very unwelcome. 📝 Suggestion: Train staff on handling returns and interactions with professionalism and courtesy. The products are great — but the customer experience needs serious improvement.
