  I seriously cannot put into words how wonderful our experience has been with Richter & Phillips. From the very beginning, the entire process felt personal, thoughtful, and truly special. We worked with Sara, who is incredibly knowledgeable about wedding bands. She helped me design the most beautiful custom ring (I’ll be sharing a photo!) based on a similar style they had in store. She answered every question with patience and confidence and made it clear that they could bring just about anything I could dream up to life. Now I have a one of a kind wedding band that feels so meaningful and we genuinely feel like part of the R&P family. Their attention to detail and care for their clients goes above and beyond. When we came in to try on the wax ring for sizing, they surprised us with a treat package for our new puppy after seeing on social media that we had recently gotten one. So thoughtful and observant! At our final appointment, I mentioned that I wished my nails were done so I could take a photo of my ring. A few minutes later, they came back with a coupon for a free manicure and a custom engraved pair of Nike socks for my fiancé that said “Richter Groom.” Truly the sweetest, most unexpected touches. The environment itself is also beautiful, clean, and luxurious. You’re offered drinks when you arrive, our first visit included champagne (my fiancé and I may have split a whole bottle!), and our last appointment came with coffee. The best of both worlds. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sara and the entire Richter & Phillips team for making this experience unforgettable. We are so grateful!

  I went in looking for a particular watch from Cincinnati Watch Co. They had it in stock and fitted it for me before I left. Great selection too of brands like Rolex, Hamilton, Omega, Breitling, Seiko, Longines, etc. Everyone was great to work with and I love to see a local business like this do well.

  I highly recommend Richter & Phillips for purchasing heirloom quality jewelry and watches. We have visited several times, and I'm always very impressed with the service, selection, and atmosphere at Richter & Phillips. We first met George when we were shopping for an engagement ring. The selection of rings was incredible, and the quality of the diamonds we were shown was very high. George was very responsive, helping us find the right style and design. My fiancé purchased a beautiful three-stone setting from the Stella collection, designed by Kirk Kara that had filigree and milgrain giving it a vintage feel, and a beautiful oval diamond that I was thrilled with. We also purchased our wedding rings there, and later, George sold us his and hers Omega watches. The store is absolutely beautiful in architecture and decor, warm and welcoming. George and the other staff are very knowledgeable, responsive, and provide consistently excellent service. We will be back!

  My fiance and I just stopped by for our first visit today, what a great store and wonderful staff! I have never been in a jewelry store and had someone spend so much time with me going over the different models and options. At no point during the interaction did I feel rushed or like he had something else to do. Blake spent close to an hour not only pulling out different models, but also explaining the different variations that the brand makes. Then after all of this, he still took the time to talk about their future expansions that will be starting in the coming weeks along with telling us about the multiple watchmakers that they have on staff to address any needs you may have now or in the future. Hands down, one of the best interactions with someone in a high end store. Make sure to look for Blake when you stop by, his watch knowledge is second to none! I highly recommend Richter & Phillips for any of your future jewelry needs. We will be back and are already discussing a few pieces of jewelry that my fiance is interested in.
