  Many friends recommended us here to pick out my engagement ring. The process was really fun and I have the most gorgeous unique ring. We have been a bit disappointed after the proposal. The ring they gave my fiancé is not the size that they measured me at even though he bought it immediately after we looked together. That is an easy fix though and super common so not a big deal. Sadly, a diamond came loose in my halo and fell out only 3 weeks after receiving the ring. They knew it was loose when I had to pick it back up for a party and did not tell me which resulted in the diamond falling out. They were great when I came in but it will take 6 weeks to fix. I now will have to attend my engagement party with a ring that is the wrong size and is missing a diamond. Still loved my experience there just maybe give yourself some time in case it needs fixed.

  I came in looking for a specific watch model, and Shaun was immediately welcoming and helpful! They didn’t have it in the store, but he was able to order it for me. A couple of days later, I called about a different model, and both arrived earlier than expected (within a week)! I loved them both but couldn’t decide until Shaun reminded me that I could get both if I wanted to, which I did 😂. He also honored the 10% off sale that was going on when I initially came in, which sealed the deal! It was my first time really buying jewelry for myself, and it was a great experience from start to finish!

  Heather and the entire R&P team are incredible. We walked in on a busy day and Heather made time to help my now FIANCÉ and I look at many many rings. I came in some weeks later with quite the list of specific requests that Heather turned into the perfect custom ring design. She shared a link to a 3D model within just a few days that I could zoom/rotate and of course send to mom for approval. Once I gave the thumbs up the ring came in better and faster than expected. The quality of both the products and services they provide are second to none. Highly highly recommend!

  My first experience in the store was a great one for sure. I placed a call earlier in the week to source a Hamilton watch and was immediately helped out by Sean. He not only confirmed the watch was in stock, but offered to reserve the watch on hold so I could pick it up two days later. Great service and great store experience. Had a good time talking watches and conversation with Sean as well. I will definitely be keeping Richter & Phillips in mind as my first choice for in-store watch purchases in the future. Highly recommend!

  Took my wife's wedding ring in to replace her missing diamond. We purchased wrap at Richter and Phillips 34 years ago. Apparently 34 years of wearing puts its toll on rings. I dealt with George Kinivaloets and Dave Glasser. I couldn't have gotten anyone more professional to help me. I explained what I was looking for and I received what I was looking for. George walked me through the diamonds , showing me the size difference and how quality is judged. Dave, who repairs jewelry explained what would need to be done to bring back to better than original quality. The years of knowledge that the employees have is very impressive. I highly recommend this establishment. And bonus they validate parking to make everything go smoothly.
