There are 6 people in line and no one behind the counter. Every few minutes a different young person walks by and yells at the line, “if you have a return, you can go to any cash register,” then disappears again. No one smiles, greets, apologizes for the wait, let alone explains why no one is helping us. Instead they each look disgusted, annoyed and avoiding helping. It’s wild and a terrible look for a store as “upscale” as Nordstrom.

Small too brightly lit dining area that desperately needs a vestibule to shield diners from the cold wind whenever someone enters. Good authentic Italian menu, with thankfully no pizza. Salads come with most meals but are small and mostly cheap lettuce. Efficient service. Seems to be trying to be your friendly neighborhood italian restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices. BYOB. Doesn't take reservations so expect to wait especially after 6. free parking.
