  I came into LV to look into get my purse repaired because it’s honestly older and has some wear issues! Despite that, I still use it because it’s a gorgeous bag. The employees were so helpful and efficient in helping me figure out the repair costs for it. I will be going back soon!

  I live in NJ and came to Cincy to visit my daughter. I went to the Kenwood LV boutique to take a look at their custome jewelry. No one greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in. I noticed two employees were talking to each other and looking at me at the same time but continued conversations. I waited around for about 10 minutes to see if anyone noticed me. Then two young girls walked in the store. Immediately they stopped talking, and one of the employees greeted them right away and asked them if they needed any help. So I was thinking the SAs were just plain rude to me maybe because I didn't dress up to their standards to shop at a LV boutique. Eventually I got waited on by another employee, and she ended up ordering an item online for me because it was not in stock. One of the other employees, who ignored me in the beginning, turned out to be the store manager or senior associate. He finished up the transaction but he didn't smile or made an eye contact with me. He handed the receipt to me and said "you're all done and this is yours". He didn't say thank you but replied to me "you're welcome", AFTER I said thanks to him. I've been traveling around the world and shopping at boutiques in Amsterdam, Paris, London, Seoul, Las Vegas, Philly, NYC, Miami, and many more, and I've never experienced this kind of rude service ever at any LV boutiques I went to, except this one. These people are extremely unprofessional, and it's hard to believe you receive service like this at a high end desinger store. They truly give the LV a bad name.

  In Louis Vuitton a worker was very rude. Treated my friend and I as we were off the movie pretty woman. I could buy anything in there is I wanted it. I will never give this place business!!!!

  Disappointed in this location as it seems to be going "down hill". I've shopped here on multiple occasions in the past with good experiences but not today. I walked into the store this morning to celebrate my birthday. My husband was with me. He took the day off of work to bring me to this specific store. We were planning on buying a new bag. When we first walked in as sales associate, glanced up with a smile, but then continued to play on her phone (she was not working with any other customers). I proceeded to make my way around the store and ended up at the far left end of the store and a beautiful bag caught my eye. I walked over to look at the bag and as I went to reach for the bag, a security guard came running over to quickly. Let me know that I was not allowed To look at the bag as it apparently was behind a display counter. No one was being helped at that counter and quite honestly I didn't even notice it as everything seems to be on display for customers to look at. At that time, my husband sat down in the chair and we stood there for a minute, waiting for someone to maybe come assist us, but we were never offered assistance just stared at. So we left. Not only did I leave without my birthday gift, but I left feeling less than as a customer and not appreciated or respected. If I was in the wrong by stepping behind a display counter area, I understand that and my apologies however, I do believe the appropriate thing would be for a customer service representative to quit playing on their phone and maybe step over and offer to show me the bag. Disappointed to say the least.
