- JPJames & Angel PattersonJan 16, 20261.0Contacted them about some pieces that were dry rotted.They won’t acknowledge or issue a credit because they’re monogrammed. I didn’t get to see the fabric before it was monogrammed. Monogrammed or not, the pieces are of poor quality and shame on you.

New sizes run small, much smaller than old XS petites and quality is cheap. Waste of money because have to pay to return. Not buying anymore. Definitely a change in quality. Disappointing.
