- MBMary Beth Bamber4 days ago1.0The employees were nice but unable to help. A jacket I bought there is clearly defective, which they acknowledged, but refused to do anything because I didn’t have my receipt. Other reputable retailers will refund or replace when their product is defective but not j crew. The primaloft inside the coat is leaking out and forming white ball’s on my brown jacket. This is not something you know when you buy it but gradually happens after wearing it for a few weeks. Little strings come through the fabric and ball up as you wear it. See photos.

Rude employees make me want to leave the store and not even try anything on. Some staff are friendly and helpful (I went once and had a good experience) and some are extremely rude and would not even smile back while giving weird looks…
