  Express outlet in the Kenwood Towne Centre on Montgomery Road in Ohio is a quick source/browsing option, you have at your perusal, if you are on the lookout for your casuals such as shirts, slacks, skirts, tank tops, cardigans or simple dresses, to name a few. As soon as you enter the store, you would notice a comparatively wider area with neatly stacked merchandise which extends slightlyto the back and close to the CustomerService Desk. There is a separate partioned area in the middle of the store where you would find both men's and women's clothes. You wouldn't definitely miss the ever welcoming, eager, respectful and efficient young associates on the floor. These sales associates definitely make an impact and difference during a potential shopping visit. It's quite very rarely seen, these days or the amount of care, they render in comparison to the other retail establishments. The Customer Service counter is no exception, very patient and as helpul as the associates on the floor. To make it simple, you will see and sense that they really care for their valuable patrons. This in itself translates to a great and welcoming customer experience which would also encourage and tempt current or new and repeat customers. I had visited Express back in October 2022, apart from a few other times. They have both, business wear, formals, coats for men and women, other apparel, real casuals like a wide selection of jeans, both originals and very rugged ones, at times. They have imminent sales, multiple times through the year. They carry winter accessories such as scarves, mittens, gloves, etc. Express has its share of sales and somewhat cheaper merchandise in the store. These are just a slight reduction in prices from the already higly priced merchandise! This method usually doesn't tempt me to buy such apparel in bulk quantities. On the contrary, you would actually find majority of the goods quite higly priced. It doesn't surprise me that prices would be quite expensive at these outlets, since mall outlets offer merchandise usually more costlier or priced than what you would buy from outside! This is a very typical and common practice seen. At times, you would find scarce selections in certain categories of apparel. I found lack of formal men's slacks, either in size or desired blends, colors and even adequate selections. My four star rating is solely because of the high prices and lack of enough selections in the Men's section. However, I did find a pair of women's elegant wear needed for a special purpose. I would quite easily find much cheaper and more wider selections either at JC Penney, Kohl's or even at Walmart! This is purely my opinion and also from my own experience. Of course, I am also not denying any exceptions in these sales practices and pricing strategies currently being followed and also in the future. Things could very well change and let's be optimistic.   Renee is a shining star! She turned a not so great experience into a great one! I hadn’t shopped for jeans in a few years after kids and it’s not fun or easy but Renee turned that around. Alone I wouldn’t have found anything, with her help I was able to come back next week and order more online!

  I came in with my daughter for back to school shopping. My daughter is fairly small and tall, so it’s hard finding pants that fit her. Shiyanne was able to find us a few different styles of jeans and dress pants that my daughter could try on. I was so happy when I realized that they carried a tall version in the pants, and so was my daughter. Not only was Shiyanne customer service great, she was so attentive to the other customers and other workers when they needed her help, while still making sure we were doing okay. We ended up leaving with two pairs of pants and we ordered some online as well.

  I came over the weekend. It was pretty busy in the store. Even though they were busy Shyanne went above and beyond to help me. I even returned the following day to shop some more just because of how good the customer service and deals were.

  I had a very rare event in which I had to dress in something other than my average black hoody. So when I came into Express I was more than lost . Until I saw Zoey. She was truly a life saver. She helped me pick out a ton of options and even found some stuff in the back that wasn’t out on the racks . She literally followed me around for 45 mins until I was happy with what we had found. Thanks Zoey. And thanks Roman who was working at the register for cracking me up whole time Zoey checked me out. Go to NY Roman, go! These two deserve recognition . I’m not from OH, it’s rare to run into helpful and happy people these days.
