If you know you would be flooded and have too many orders for valentines, don’t promise delivery for that day. You said nothing to us at all couldn’t even email me and tell me that it would be delayed…. All you told me was that extended residential deliveries would be there by 9pm. Then you have it delivered the next day when the holiday and the meaning is over and on top of that it’s not delivered in a refrigerated edible arrangement vehicle some random door dasher delivered my order in her hot car and you guys are over 20 miles away from my house and I know I wasn’t the first delivery judging by how hot my fruit was and melted my chocolate was. Then you guys refuse to answer the phone. You know you did wrong just answer the phone and make it right. At first you had to just deal with the customer now I have to leave a review because you guys know you did wrong and refuse to answer the phone. I will be disputing this with my bank and never using you again. You knew how would be overly busy yet you still have the day before Valentine’s Day that orders will still be delivered tomorrow. I’m sure that at the time I ordered my order which was on Feb 13th at 8pm, you knew then that that wasn’t going to make it out yet there in bold I still had the option for a February 14 delivery

I ordered a beautiful, thoughtful Edible Arrangement for my friend and what arrived was a Fruit Salad of Lies. This was not the order. This was not even the genre of the order. This was like asking for Beyoncé and getting a man named Greg with a ukulele. Customer service was absolutely useless. I contacted them and they hit me with the energy of someone who clocks out mentally at 9:01 AM. No urgency. No apology. Just vibes. Bad ones. Edible Arrangements ruined a surprise, humbled me in front of my friend, and then acted like I was being dramatic for wanting the thing I literally paid money for. If you enjoy being gaslit by a pineapple corporation and emotionally mugged by a strawberry, this is your spot. I could’ve taped fruit to a stick myself and gotten better results.

I ordered a beautiful fruit bouquet. What I received looked like it lost a bar fight on the delivery truck. The pineapple daisies were slumped over like Victorian women with fainting spells. The strawberries looked like they’d seen things. The melon balls? Emotionally unavailable. And then. AND THEN. Nestled deep within the chocolate-dipped chaos was… a tiny plastic flamingo. Just vibing. No explanation. No note. Just staring at me like it knew secrets. I didn’t order “Tropical Mystery Box.” I ordered fruit. Why was there a flamingo? Was it a prize? A warning? A mascot? I will never know. The entire arrangement leaned at a 37-degree angle like it was trying to escape responsibility. Even the chocolate looked confused about how it got there. Customer service was polite, but I was too busy interrogating the flamingo to focus. One star for ambition. Zero stars for whatever surreal fruit fever dream I accidentally purchased.

Only 1 star because zero is not an option. My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries, chocolates, and flowers two weeks prior to valentine’s day with them scheduled to deliver on valentine’s day. He paid $203. NOTHING SHOWED UP. The WORST customer service, as there was no communication from them whatsoever and they won’t answer when we’ve attempted to call and contact them from email. I’d like our money back for our imaginary box of NOTHING that showed up please!! edit at 6:37pm february 15th, Flowers and a small box of chocolates was dropped at my door. They were NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture of the ROSES he ordered. They literally had a wrap around them that said “order in bulk at sams club”…No communication at all or knock at my door and no strawberries even though they are on the sticker order for the chocolates. My husband placed a request to cancel the order last night as he gave them the whole day to deliver. Again we are most upset about the zero communication. I hope they did not deliver this late (and missing parts) so they can deny the cancellation request. I expect a full refund because this whole experience was ridiculous, especially for the price.

I initially had some hesitation about ordering from this location after reading a few negative reviews. However, I decided to move forward with my order through the app for a special gift for my fiancée. I’m very glad I did. The arrangement was delivered on time and looked exactly as described. The presentation was beautiful, fresh, and carefully prepared. Most importantly, my fiancée was extremely happy with the surprise. Thank you for delivering a great experience and exceeding my expectations. I would definitely order from this location again.
