The order was delivered but she wasnt at home. Called back explained the situation and he called Martez he stepped in to assist. In all the order was replaced with something far better balloons 🎈and flowers 💐. She was sooo excited and BLESSED with the bithday shout outs. The recipient said it was not. I called the store the next day and they said that I requested it to be delivered the next day (WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE), and that it would be delivered then. I told them I paid $130 and it had better be made fresh and not the same one delivered from the day before. Will never use them again.
