Placed an order online, through their app. App said I could pick the in stock item up same day. Only to find out I was charged twice for one piece of clothing. Then to make things worse. I get to the store and there's no record of my purchase. I'm showing them proof with my bank account's transaction history showing two different transactions, back to back of each other, of two different amounts. The store associate swore it didn't happen, even though I'm showing hard proof that it did. The store associate calls their customer service line who claims my order doesn't exist. If that's the case, where did my money go? When I asked about my money, no one was able to tell me anything about a refund. Now I have to dispute the charges to hopefully get my money back. Won't be shopping in the store or online with dxl ever again! Nor can I in good faith allow people I know to go through this.
