Bought something online, it had to go back (not a DSW issue), they let me return it at a store, no shipping and no arguing over condition, very cool. Went in a week later and got an excellent deal on some (lightly used at my age) work boots. Excellent experience all the way around. If you were inclined to sort through their LARGE discount/out of stock section, prices went from very good to super inexpensive.
