- KBKayla BlackburnDec 16, 20222.0Whoever was in back came out and acted like I was stealing asking why I took item off hanger all I was trying to do was find price because the sweat outfit I wanted for my son didn't have price so I found another one to look. Very unprofessional then she started yelling at a customer and aguring with her. I had to get away my son has ASD and is very sensitive when it comes to that kind of stuff he was crying. They really need a new manager if that's who she was. I don't steal and I will take my money elsewhere. The cashier that checked my aunt out was very polite and kind. Her customer service skills were top notch she deserves the manager title. I've been to many different Citi trends and not one other manager has EVER acted like this towards me won't be back.
