  Ok so they held my hand like I was a baby at the kiosk, didn't like that sales tactic AT ALL but eh I played along... it was my first time.. then after I've made my purchase I open my containers, both saying they're a gram preroll. Yet mine was .75, somebody messed up on their duty with putting the right joints in their proper place. Its super upsetting thinking your first experience would be positively memorable, yet I'll probably never walk through that threshold again, personally. I've never experienced such a dumb mistake at a dispo before. And this was just a robbery.

  Went to ascend and picked up 1 pre roll and an eighth. Got home and opened everything up and the pre roll tube was empty. Not even a trace of weed inside nor weed smell. I go back with the pre roll tube and receipt today and let them know what happened. The manager said that he couldn’t do an exchange for a non existent product. He said it’s not that he didn’t believe me but I don’t have any proof that there wasn’t a pre roll inside. He said that next time I need to shake the tubes to make sure there’s something inside before leaving the dispensary. It was a really weird exchange that ended in me being blamed for their mistake. I am never a Karen but damn this left a bad taste in my mouth. I am in this dispensary damn near weekly and I’ve spent a lot of money here. Why the hell would I lie about something like this?

  Unfortunately I can not say I had a good experience. In the past, there were guardrails in place to protect the consumer from being cheated. It was frowned upon to overcharge a customer. Now they have systems in place to cheat us. I placed an order for two items and the total cost was $52. I did not make any changes to the order. I don't typically pay attention to the price and although this is the second time this has happened, I still paid it without noticing I was overcharged AGAIN totaling $66. This doesn't feel random. With how scrupulous companies are today, I wouldn't be surprised if they nickeled and dimed everyone. I showed the manager my order on their website but it didn't matter. They still overcharged me. Wont be going back. Their system is set up to not honor the price on the order but the price in store. Seems dishonest.

  Very nice atmosphere. Lots of products. Nice staff. Prices are way higher than others in the area though. I only go here when they have a good sale. 💯 and beware half the time they try to overcharge me, as well as they don’t let you use a debit card so you’re forced to use their ATM at another 3.50 from the ATM and 3.50 from my bank. Go to Veralife!! They are 50% cheaper than most places.

  Google kept asking me to review this place, though I had never been, nor do I even partake in utilizing marijuana anymore. However, old me would've been at the doors on opening day, so I decided to have a visit. And after a 10 year break, I purchased a disposable vaporizer at the lowest THC percentage they offered so as not to have a panic attack. The service, phenomenal. It's a place I would love to work. Interactions are pleasant and the socializing is fun. I couldn't believe that this is what has become of the industry, it really is beautiful. You can tell the employees are people who had that same patient wait that the rest of us had, and they want to put a good impression on the industry now that we finally have the opportunity to shine a light on such a beneficial substance. Anyway, they were flawless. Polite, outgoing, helpful, not over bearing or intrusive. They were truly perfect. Anthony, Brandee. Just two names I remember, I'm terrible with names, so the fact that I remembered even one says something. The product was great. I purchased two separate flavored vapes, one sativa and one indica. They tasted good. I took very very small draws, and blew it out immediately so I could monitor the effects and have it come on slowly. I think it's important to note that you all do this IF you are picking up the hobby/habit after a break or especially if it's your first time ever handling THC. It can be overwhelming if you do not play it safe. Be smart and safe. You want to have a good experience, not think you're dying(you never actually are, it's all in your head). 🤣 I would highly recommend. I'm not professional, but I can guarantee if it does get any better than this, it ain't that noticable. Good products, good service, good atmosphere. I am clueless as to if it's over priced or fair or if they are good deals. I having nothing to base it off of as this is my one and only visit to a dispensary. However they do appear to have sales, and I find that pretty neat. Spend $80, get a $15 pre roll for $1. Stuff like that help you buy in bulk and save money in the long run, and just make shopping a little more fun. 5 out of 5 stars is perfect for this place. Keep it up. You do a great job of setting a standard.
