- KLKatie LutherOct 14, 20251.0Tried to do a price 3 days after purchase adjustment per the company policy online, arrived at the store to be told I needed the items physically, when I went to get them, they then said they needed all the tags because they couldn’t enter them in their system unless I had the tags. The items had been worn… so of course we didn’t still have the tags. I reviewed the policy before going to the store and clearly none of this is noted and the store is making up their own “policy”
