- SKS KAug 19, 20252.0I think this store has a safety or customer service issue. When I walked in, a tall 20-something employee was standing in the walkway. He exuded an attitude like he was guarding the store. I had to stop and wait while he stood in the walkway while another customer was looking at a shirt on a table. He made no attempt to be out of the way or politely move. I saw a mall police officer near the counter, so I asked a salesgirl if something was going on and if it was safe in the store. I mentioned the other employee seemed intense. She said a lot of thefts happen there. I've never seen thefts in Kenwood Mall stores and I would not like to be around stores with an issue.

After my sale, I went back, looked at lot of things she helped me out with the dress. Amazing Customer Service thank you Brooklyn

I ordered a black sweat suit it started pilling between the legs after washing, which affects the appearance and quality. I emailed Alo 3 times, sent pictures and never got a response! I will never purchase from there again.
