  I called the store an hour before I came and I live very far and asked if they had what I wanted in my size and they said yes we have them, so I drove an hour to come get it and when I got there they said that they have it but they can’t get it for me because it’s in the back. Don’t go to this place the quality is terrible

  Horrible attitude from the male employee who I interacted with. A nice girl greeted me at the door and told me I could exchange a pair of shorts that did not fit. I received these for Christmas from my grandmother and did not get a gift receipt with them. I didn’t think this would be an issue as they had tags on and came right out of the shipping bag. The male employee scoffed when I brought the shorts out and when I asked if I could exchange them he said that I “bought these on Ebay”. What an insult that is 😭 Horrible return policy and terrible arrogant attitudes from some store employees. Such a shame because their clothes are pretty nice. Definitely won’t be supporting this location ever again.

  So rude and the worst return/exchange policy. Complete waste of $400+ on 2 sets because the fit it nothing like previous bought ones and they were a gift. Lost me as a customer will be shopping at vuori now on!
