  I had a wonderful shopping experience at this location. The whole staff and especially Luke the Rolex Manager provided Attentive and professional service, which my wife and I very much appreciated We will be shopping with them again!

  Walked in. Stared longingly at a Grand Seiko watch I was interested in buying, to mark the date marrying my wife, for a few minutes, watched a sales associate get free from another customer, walk past me and talk to someone else, avoiding all eye contact with me. I guess I wasn’t dressed the part of someone looking to buy a $10,000 watch. Left. Bought the watch online from a different retailer.

  Hands down the best luxury watch experience I’ve ever had thanks entirely to Luke and Keegan at Watches of Switzerland. These two are absolute rockstars: incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic, and patient beyond belief. They listened to exactly what I wanted, shared their expertise without any pressure, and made the whole process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Luke’s attention to detail and Keegan’s infectious passion turned what could’ve been a quick transaction into an unforgettable experience.   Keegan was great! He explained the history of the watches, and he was very knowledgeable about the Cartier brand itself. I would come back and buy from him again!

  why y’all close rolex down that was leveling cincinnati up people just wasn’t affording it especially if yall could have been having presidential rolex them ones that go for fifty thousand then the ones that go for 35000 then cheaper ones but the city was going to aj from queen city jeweler and pawn and queen city jeweler is a pawn shop majority of them though so that really wasn’t helping cincinnati and closing saks down isn’t helping cincinnati as well and that’s making cincinnati people put less drip on because louis vuitton and gucci don’t sell pants and other belts and socks and underwear and undershirts and etc and closing down tory burch wasn’t cool either that wasn’t helping cincinnati just taking everything away and ain’t relocated and taking away other things ain’t been cool either and the mall isn’t making that feel come in the mall how it use to be before march of 2022 and 2021 in fact the mall was different after 2021 that makes me think bad luck is around when the mall can’t have it feeling excited and things because i know how it’s gone feel to go to the mall it’s like there’s no way i can act normal but i be wishing i had more money to spend in the mall before 2021 definitely before march of 2022 and i really don’t be nothing but sad now and i give y’all no stars if I could yall going to hell it’s not clean in here
