  Drove 30 min to visit. Waited 10 min for a Rolex “associate”. This associate entered the section, ignored me and proceeded to help someone who had walked into the store after me. I left. Do better.

  After dealing with many jewelry stores over the past few years I’ve just become so tired with the lack of knowledge they have since watches are second for them and jewelry is first. Came in the other day. Wasn’t intending to purchase anything. Spoke with both Keegan and Luke and between the two of them it was amazing the amount of watch knowledge they both had and it was genuinely so nice to talk to fellow enthusiasts and be heard. Will definitely make a purchase here sooner and recommend to others that this it THE watch store!

  I have been a repeat customer at Watches of Switzerland and have always had a pleasant experience with Dino. I am on the wait-list for a Submariner and This week I got the call from Elizabeth that the Rolex Submariner is available for purchase and I was excited. I bought the watch but there were issues when Elizabeth adjusted the bracelet so it would fit me. The issue was that the screws that connected the links that she touched ended up damaged (rough and jagged). I raised this to her the day after. She referred me to Luke the Rolex Manager who replaced the damaged screws with screws he can find in the store but then I realized that now there were scratches also on the links, one of the links being a spare link that was not even connected to the watch bracelet. I can accept the scratches, despite it being a new watch I never wore, however I didn't appreciate the whole encounter with the Rolex Manager Luke. He had fixed the screws, but when I called about the issues on the scratches it was like he was insinuating I caused the scratches but one was on a link that was in a zip lock bag they provided. The way he talked to me after I mentioned the scratches I that I noticed, he made me feel like an inconvenience. Sure it's an issue with 2 links on the bracelet of my watch. But the watch was 2 days old and it was not a cheap watch either, to begin with there was an error when they adjusted the bracelet on the day I purchased it. I hadn't even worn the watch and here I'm being told I have to pay for new links or they can polish it. Polish a 2 day old watch, nevermind. I am a repeat customer who spent hard earned money at this store and I expected better service just given how expensive this watch was and with all the previous good experiences. I am not taking any further actions. I would rather not have to deal with someone who doesn't think my concerns are valid. Unfortunately, my first Rolex purchase experience was ruined. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon.
