Upon walking the store a sales woman glanced our direction and walked away not offering any help. After standing there for a couple of minutes looking around for assistance she finally acknowledged us. I asked if they had the Tag smart watch in stock, she asked me to repeat myself 4 times before telling me Tag no longer makes that watch. I informed her that the E5 was just released a couple of weeks ago, she stared blindly at me offering no response or help. I walked out of the store dumbfounded by the sales staff and treatment of a buying customer. I would not recommend purchasing from this store as they are rude and will make you feel like you shouldn’t be in the store as you can’t afford what they are selling.

She kept in touch, offering alternatives when that preowned reference wasn’t available, and searching inventory regularly. Both Robin & Dino were an absolutely pleasure to work with, and I recommend them to anyone needing dedicated attention to detail on their timepiece hunt. I will be back!

With that said, I can fully recommend Watches of Switzerland for your time keeping needs. I love watches from affordable to luxury ones and considered myself an expert on the subject. That was until I met Raul in WoS. He explained to me processes and history of watch making like a true expert. He recommended what pieces to buy, and their true value. I highly recommend going into the store for your next watch and ask Raul for help. You won’t be disappointed.
