  The store employees were kind and helpful, and this is NOT their fault. However, DSW uses a third-party return system (The Retail Equation) and I was unexpectedly denied a return/exchange even with my receipt and within the return window. I ordered multiple pairs online in different sizes/styles because my son’s wedding is coming up (he’s the best man) and many wedding shoes are only available online. I kept one pair and returned the rest. This is normal when you need to try shoes at home. Later, when I tried to return/exchange an unrelated casual shoe, I was denied and told there was nothing the store could do because the system blocked the return. The third party said I have to wait 180 days to appeal, which is longer than DSW’s return window. If you plan to order multiple sizes online and return what doesn’t fit, be aware you may be stuck with shoes you don’t want even if you are following their posted return policy.

  Prices are over priced but I could find size 12.5 for my son so that's what matters

  I paid $20 more for a pair of Nike sneakers here and saw the exact same pair and Hour later at a different retailer

  Great shoe selection. Pricey but always sales or a percentage off if enrolled in rewards program.

  Been shopping here for over a decade. They won't even search for shoe size for you they'd rather turn away business. Employees have become so unhelpful and lazy.
