- AWAudrey Weidner6 days ago1.0Consumer beware. First I want to point out this is not the fault of any of the DSW workers, this use a COMPANY issue. In today’s world on online shopping you need to be made aware that DSW uses a third party called the Retail Equation to track returns. They will deny your returns. I just ordered a whole bunch of shoes for a wedding- kept one pair. Most of these shoes were only available online. All returns are unworn, within return window and with receipt (you only need one pair of wedding shoes but hard to find the right ones). I then went back for an unrelated exchange on a pair of casual shoes, and I was told they were denied. So- again- a company policy that needs to be changed and consumers need to be made aware.

This has been going on for a few days and the one time they finally picked up, they were supposed to call back and never did. Still have no idea where my shoes are at.
