- DPDavid PughJan 11, 20263.0Calvin has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I was asking about a shoe I wanted and the size I needed wasn’t on display. He said since he was the only employee up front, that he couldn’t go to the back to check for me. I asked if there were another employee he could call to assist, and he said no. He then proceeded to just stare at me. I went upstairs and found another employee who was very helpful. When I went back downstairs to make my purchase, Calvin was at the register, ignoring the line of customers to complete some tasks behind the counter. When he noticed the line, his response was, “You guys should have said something!” No, man, you’re on the clock. You should be paying attention. As he was ringing me up, I could barely understand him because he speaking so quickly and slurring his words. Really bad experience at DSW today.
