Carhartt Rookwood opened in November of 2014, located in the Rookwood Commons Shopping Center just 6 miles north of the Ohio River. This makes us easily accessible from Indiana, Kentucky, and Southwestern Ohio. Our location puts us at the center of 6 major Midwestern metropolitan areas making us conveniently located for a variety of Carhartt patrons. A revitalization of downtown Cincinnati has given us the unique opportunity to make an impact in our surrounding community, especially amongst the blue collar construction, landscaping, and farming industries.

When we entered the store, the male staff member, who was not busy, just looked at us and didn’t even acknowledge or smile at us. We were the only ones in the store. Later, when we wanted to try a couple of items, I had to go and ask him to open the trial rooms. He wasn’t paying any attention and was just standing there. It felt like he was deliberately trying to avoid us. lol If this were an outlet store, I would have ignored it, but at a main store, service like this is unacceptable. I would rather buy online than be in a store where the staff don’t care. Absolute mood spoiler. I’m never going back to this store. I am also seeing a pattern in the store reviews regarding the service. Management should look into it.
