  Slow as molasses, No one knows or any of the products are, I spent 40 minutes in this place because they couldn't find a grinder it's like they having all new employees let's get it TOGETHER!! LET'S GO ‼️💯

  Juan was nothing but polite and helpful during a transaction that needed a few extra steps. Im very thankful for his help, as well as the managers on site! Thank you for everything during a post-hockey game rush!

  Went in yesterday and spent 100 dollars on 4 disposable vapes tried to use my debit card and they said it was declined so I used the ATM in the lobby and paid with cash when I left I noticed both the ATM and the debit purchases had posted to my account I went back and talked to a manager who told me this had been happening and that she would have to go upstairs because of the amount... comes down and tells me it showed that it was declined there's nothing they could do but to contact corporate if it didn't come off then I asked for something to show proof of the card being declined just for my records she dug through a little stack of papers where she said it would be and said she couldnt find it I hadnt been gone 15 mins before going back to the store... I called the number that google shows when you look up the corporate number and first the lady tells me that they really have no corporate office she doesn't know why the lady told me that she writes the same store I went to so I asked her so the store would be the one to handle this and she says yes.... they write her back while I'm on the phone and she tells me they said the card was declined both times and told me I would need to dispute it with my bank this is not what she told me yesterday she told me that corporate would definitely take care of it for me also the card wasn't ran twice... definitely will not be back! Pretty upset honestly I don't understand how I can't get the proof it was declined and that I was lied to by the manager.

  Pretty chill As someone who’s never been to a dispo before due to acute social anxiety they were all extremely patient with me. I was really surprised and had to pinch myself. Never have to meet some rando in a dead parking lot again. Like planet fitness they’re actually a judgment free zone 😭👍

  Making people use a tablet instead of ordering through the face at the counter is absolutely silly. I guess you guys don't want impulse or up sales. Way to be complex for the sake of being complex. The little port in the wall to pass bags through is adorable. The owner of this place should actually visit some dispensaries because this place is unnecessary.
