    This is the condition of a white dress shirt purchased for a wedding. Very disappointing to receive anything in this condition after purchasing and waiting for delivery. It seems the employee filling this order had no concern for the customer or the reflection it would have on the employer.

    Online it says the store closes at 9 pm, got there at 7:45 pm and the doors were already locked. The sign on the door says they close at 8 pm. Need to update store hours somewhere, and if the store is really closed at 8 pm why are the doors locked at 7:45 pm?

    They need to change their site hours! Says 10 am. Many people showed up pulling the door at 10am.

    So JCPENNYS, this store in particular, definitely very beautiful.And immaculately clean. The customer service was amazing. I would give that a five star, but the one star rating would be a zero if it could be just due to the fact of pricing. I really started looking after I seen a $25.00 bottle of HEMP lotion. I proceeded to kind of check out prices of theirs and compared. My god, JCPENNY, HAD their PRICES LISTED AS TRiple any other store
