  I picked up an item I ordered online. Sarah was extremely helpful and kind. Helped me save some money and for that I am thankful! Will be returning for my odds and ends items.

  JcPenny is the only store around I found that have the biggest selection for men's upscale clothing . They have a better selection than just penny at Beavercreek mall. If you want a professional look I recommend them.

  So I was in on Friday 2/27/26 right before closing at like 645. Just there to pick up a ring I had serviced under my warranty (which I might add has been of great value to me as I've had numerous sizing,, cleaning and repairs done over the 6 plus years I've had this ring and it's always been good and free of any charges) anyways, me and another lady with a online pickup order who had walked up before I did were the last 2 people who needed assistance at the counter. She asked for both of our ID and got the lady's stuff, then mine and took mine out the bag to show me the ring to approve the repairs. The lady picking up the online order who just needed a receipt still printed started getting all rude with the cashier about how SHE was first and this is bad customer service . It was definitely not. The girl was swamped with customers before us, they had just announced the store closed in 15 mins and by then we were probably down to 10 mins , she was simply trying to get us both taken care of before closing. That other customer had to wait less than 1 min longer for the associate to process us both at the same time. As I was leaving i heard her asking for her managers name or number which just seemed uncalled for. She showed up late, just like I did, she got her items, just as I did and if she wouldn't have stopped to complain we would have been walking out the door right behind each other. So I just wanted to write this review in case anything came of this other woman's complaint and let any higher ups know that this young girl was doing her job in the best and most effective way she could to make sure everyone was taken care of before closing. And I feel like she did an outstanding job. People really need to be more considerate when dealing with customer service people. They are only trying to do their job.
