Was not bad exceeded expectations when shopping last minute for Christmas. I didn't expect to find a great selection of items and expected the store to be overwhelmingly crowded. Was indeed thankful to be able to get most of my needs met in one store so close to the holiday!

Just about the worst possible customer service you can imagine. Bought an engagement ring and wedding rings and getting them sent out under insurance is just about the most painful experience one could have. No one has any idea whats going on in this store, rarely ever answers the phone and we have to call them to find out if the items are available for pick up. Id recommend shopping elsewhere for jewelery, because if the ring breaks or need it cleaned, your gonna regret dealing with this place to get it handled. Not to mention we have had issues with the rings/necklace staying in one piece.
Update: Back in today to pick up engagement/wedding bands that I have waited for a month to get back. Turns out that no one checked to see if the rings were ready for pickup. Got a call where the lady basically said "turns out your ring was here i just decided to not look hard enough. They are here for you" when I come to pick them up, they were not repaired at all. Stones still missing, loose stones not tightened, all because apparently the repair company had sent an email to the JCPENNEY store and well no one replied to it giving them the information the repair company needed to do the repair. They needed the contract number, the lady at the desk took the contract number down and did not send it off with the rings, and no one decided to check the emails when the repair company requested the information. No one reached out to me, no one called me for it, no one emailed me. Just here's your broken rings back, sorry, wait another month. If your lucky you'll get the worker who is still in training, who is by far and away the best. The others aren't worth anything. Absolutely horribly managed place. Go somewhere else
