  Unfortunately I will no longer be spending my money here. If one employee can’t keep their personal opinions to themselves during work hours, where has professionalism gone? I have done nothing but say hello, please/thank you, yes please and no please. Never once have I been disrespectful, or felt the need to unlike that gentleman at the front check in stand today (4/8/26). But props to the employees that are respectful and remain professional

  Worst experience ever at a shop ! There was no seating you walk in and it's a room with even the staff just standing no seats the tape around the line area then u check in by the bathrooms they make u stand there and show ID and wait then escorted to another room to order off a kiosk then back to the room you stood in to begin with then back to the room to pick up the order as they keep ur ID in this thingy while u wait like it's the stupidest process and so cold .. not any type of good vibes here very corporate feeling like a cop runs the place.. I hope this isn't all shops in ohio. It was our first experience at one in ohio. .Michigans are way nicer and way better vibes

  First time here. Had a great experience. Actually made a mistake while setting up my account so they were unable to find my order but it all got sorted out. When you set up an account online Make sure to use your legal first and last name on your account so they can find it! Like I said everything got sorted out 👍 The wait to go inside was very short (5-ish minutes), in total i was there probably only 15 minutes. Everyone was very polite, very informative and very professional. My first experience at a dispensary could not have been any better. And a huge thank you to Dondre for helping me with my order!

  So here's my take. This last time I went, the app kicked me to Michigan, which I erroneously placed an order there after there was a web backend issue and a system reset. My order was exactly 3.694 times more expensive in Ohio over Michigan. (Not saying that's average and not endorsing anything) What I want to ask is why are we letting that amount of money funnel into this current Ohio government? And instead of trying to convince me that it's a good deal, can we talk about how it's not a good thing? I'd like to see the dispensaries step up and be outspoken about this; be part of the solution instead of trying to convince me there's uranium in Michigan cannabis. Let's talk about how stripping rights is never a good thing. You guys are in the perfect position to do something real and be seen doing it. Get a little cringy and get political, it will be good for everyone in the long run.

  I was ditched in line by a few people after I already checked in. Wasn't happy about that. The lobby was always awkward since I've started going on opening day. Since this happened to me as a first, I never thought it would even be a thing. I got checked in "order" you see my spending and points. Don't even have to explain my loyalty here. I can easily go to New Lexington or Logan ALL day long with cheaper prices and better access to their facilities. As veteran felt very disrespected today. Aslo pre-order what I do... had to do cash only, I got in there and card were being accepted. Thay shot pissed me off causing me rate my experience here and on Google reviews. No tip since the ATM takes fees:)
