- SSSir SpanksalotDec 23, 20251.0This location has gone downhill so fast. This used to be my wife's favorite store and now I hear how the new district manager is horrible. You can see it in the employees and all the best ones have already left. I guess there's always the one up north.

Came in for some underwear with my mom and asked if they had her size(size 8/10) and the manager?(i think) with an attitude said "no this is a plus size store. I have been to Lane Bryant stores that do have smaller sizes before to which she responded that they have smaller sizes online. There was no need for an attitude. On top of that, you guys never asked if we need help or were looking for anything specific, you two were too busy at the counter having a gossip session that we could hear across the store.
