  Very poor experience at our first and last visit there lol Lets start with the staff.. very poor performance, i mean we ask the one lady at the upstairs desk where the fitting rooms was at and she didn't know , seriously had no clue . Like WOW.. another we ask where clothes our kids size would be , she was in clothing and she had no clue. Stuff sending us downstairs and when we get down there and ask the same question to someone downstairs they'd send us back upstairs. So very UNknowledgeable sales people/staff/employees or whatever they are. Next would be selection. Very poor selection of clothes and shoes IF they even had a size you're looking for.. IF Next is price tags , items marked one price ring up another price. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, seriously. We was there 2 hours looking for a couple outfits and walked away with leggings that cost $15/$20 but are only $3.88 at Walm@rt .

  Why does this JCP not open M-Th until 11AM? Cutting back on open hours is NOT going to make customers happy, especially ones who have a distance to drive, and find out JCP here is not open at 10AM as it used to be.

  I ordered four Liz Claiborne bath sheets during a sale for $11.99 each, but only two showed up (two packages one bath sheet in each package) When I called customer service, I was hoping they’d reship the missing two. She tried saying that they were delivered, and I said yes, two packages were delivered (With one towel in each) first she said I was going to have to wait 3 more days and then call back for a refund. But then she went ahead and did the refund, and asked if I wanted to reorder them. I said not at the higher price because now the bath sheets are much higher in price, so I ended up with just two instead of four. To make things worse, the order doesn’t even show up in my account, says I have no orders in the last 6 months and the representative said I wouldn’t receive an email confirming the refund — so I have no way to verify that it’s actually being processed. The summit blue color is gorgeous, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from JCPenney again. Happy customer - not so much !
