I wanted to return my black jeans I bought about a week ago that I tried on because when I wore them for the first time at work today, they kept sliding down because they didn’t fit properly. When I went to return the pants, the manager questioned why I was returning my pants when she rudely asked why I was returning these pants when “you tried them in our store for 4 hours the other day.” I only tried pants on for no longer than 1 hour and that’s irrelevant and besides the point. Very unprofessional and rude and I had to explain myself when really I shouldn’t have. Trying on pants for 30 seconds in the sitting room is much different than wearing them all day at work. They couldn’t return the pants due to wearing them all day and having the tags off. This 1 star review has nothing to due with the return policy which I respect and have no issue with. I work retail and dealing with people all day long at my job. It’s the lack of professionalism and rude tone she had that made me uncomfortable. I did not like the way she handled the situation and talking to me. None of her business if I tried the pants on for 1 minute or 10 hours that’s completely irrelevant and was a snarky comment. I won’t be returning to this location and I’m sure this manager is glad they won’t be dealing with me since she doesn’t know how to talk people.
