  it’s unfortunate when employees who get paid don’t do any work where did the work ethic go, i’ve heard morgan the manager has been canceling pick up orders, which is utter laziness. as someone who works in retail it’s unacceptable and should be discussed with corporate and appropriate actions need to be taken. will not be taking my business here anymore.

  I’ve heard from multiple people that a specific manager, who i believe is MORGAN, has canceled all of the pick up orders for the day solely because she doesn’t want to do them. I ordered two things for pick up and within ten minutes my order was canceled and i was refunded solely because this snob doesn’t wanna prepare a pick up order. How are you genuinely a manager still???? I used to work at american eagle and they would’ve GRILLED us for speaking and acting how this manager acts. I’ll continue to shop there as i please as i like the clothes and my friends who work there, however morgans behavior is absolutely unacceptable. She makes you feel like actual vermin for coming into the store and checking out or picking up your order.

  They have a really good selection of clothes. They normally always have the size that I’m looking for. However the customer service is not the best. The girls in there are very mean. They aren’t very welcoming. They always act like you’re gonna steal something. But even checking out, they just say mhmm And no conversation. They may be tired, but lately every time I go in there, it’s not a really good experience
