With all the competition, you should treat customers like family. Not smirky remarks when asking about discounts!! My business is going to where I'm treated like a person.

As a customer service manager for over 20 years, it's truly disappointing to hear about an associate of this establishment disrespecting a customer, especially one with a disability. A customer needs to be treated like a guest in one's home, not an inconvenience. Without customers your store does not exist. Management needs to do better & address this.

You all need to fire that one employee disrespecting the customers ….he has no right to speak to someone with disabilities in that matter just for asking a question which is ur job to help them with ……..ill never set foot in this place as long as he is working there!
