- GGGabrielJun 16, 20201.0So, after waiting a full week for the gun I registered for, I wasn't able to check it out before purchase. I thought I was getting the one that was in the display case that was brand new. No, I got a used, poorly taken care of rust touched gun. Is that really how your going to treat customers? By showing them brand new guns but selling them used junk? Let me explain a little further. 1. The barrel was all scratched up, commonly seen from a gun that has been shot past a couple hundred rounds. 2. The gun was covered in dust, foam bits and so much oil that you could live your car. 3. On the right side behind the trigger area, there is a spot of rust. 4. The trigger sounds like your pulling a rusty spring. I will be calling them in the morning and talking to them. If I am paying full price for a gun, I better be getting a BRAND NEW gun. UPDATE: Two days after posting this, I returned the gun because they told me they would send it to the supplier to get fixed. I was told it would go out the following Tuesday. I called back 2 weeks later and they said it was never sent back because the company is not taking returns. I demanded a manager and got hung up on. I decided to go and talk to a lawyer now. It has been 2 months and I get ahold of the manager finally and she says she will call the company her self to get the info needed to get the process rolling and she would call me back that Tuesday. She never did. So, today, a week later, I call them and was told they are still waiting on the info from the company. I'm done, my lawyer has his case. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING GUN RELATED FROM DUNHAMS. THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS AND IT AINT RIGHT.
