  Went in today to get 3 dresses for several events including a homecoming dress for my daughter's senior year. The store was extremely busy which is typical this time of year, however, we went in and searched for dresses for my daughter to try on and then waited in line for 45 mins for their dressing room. We had 10 dresses to try on and were never told we could only try on 5 dresses at a time. The only signage in the store is all purchases are final. When we finally got a dressing room to try on dresses my daughter informed the lady she had several dresses to try on in which the lady said ok you just can't swap dresses out without trying the first set of dresses on. So my daughter tries on the first 5 dresses and had picked one she liked but the sizing was not correct so we went to look for a smaller size and swapped out for a few other dresses for her to try on. At that point a short employee who claimed to be a "manager" knocked aggressively on my 17 year olds door to tell her she had taken enough time in the dressing room and could not try on other dresses as there was a long line of people waiting to try on dresses. My daughter was left shocked, anxious and uneasy. Keep in mind we had only been in the dressing room for 15 mins. I confronted the employee in which she claimed it was store policy that only 5 dresses at a time could be taken to a room. I indicated to get we had waited 45 mins to try on dresses and she had ruined my daughter's senior year experience,I also informed her we had every intention of purchasing dresses but would no longer be purchasing anything from their location. She told me several people were waiting in line and I told her I understand however, we waited our time as well and deserved to try on the dresses, she stated it was company policy and if we had a problem we could call their corporate office. I asked for the number and left. I then proceeded to go to Pure couture and spent my money with them after they gave us an amazing experience. I will never go to Windsor again which is disappointing since I had been a repeat customer for several years.
