Tried utilize the 24 month warranty and was told that it was normal wear. The person making the decision was the regional manager who was not present in store and would not speak to me directly. I don’t know how you can make the determination on a warranty without seeing the glasses. I have gas station sunglasses which hold up better for 18 months. Reaching out to corporate.
