Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- MPMaya ParkerDec 10, 20255.0I came here last night to pick up an order that I purchased in store. When I arrived and received the order the shape of the bag indicated that was not what I ordered. I asked the associate "what is this" because I was like this must be a mistake lol She said this is your order. The order was perceivably unopened. I said I ordered a jacket. I can feel this isn't a jacket. She got right on top of it and opened the package for me. To both our surprise there was NO merchandise of any kind in the package. It appeared that someone maybe in the warehouse did not put the merchandise in the packaging or a mail carrier took it. Which I pulled up my order to show what I purchased and she got a lovely young man who I can not remember his name. He immediately took the steps to contacting some form of Help desk through what I assumed to be corporate. It was about a 10-15 minute hold to get through to them. Once he got through they asked to speak to me. They wanted me to repeat the situation (which I thought was unnecessary) and then told me that it would take 2 business days to process my complaint and determine how they would fix it. I was immediately disappointed because this is the SECOND time Lululemon has messed up my order and something has happened with the shipping process. And I was being told I would need to wait some more to "maybe" get it resolved. The INCREDIBLE male associate came running from the back as I was still on the phone with the help desk waving that he found the jacket in store that I ordered. The help desk was all but useless BUT the male associate (who deserves a raise may I add) fixed the problem and never once made me feel like my issues were dismissed or not taken seriously. Each store visit at this location the team has handled me with exceptional care and attentiveness.

She was so professional, friendly, and helpful that I decided to go ahead and start my Christmas shopping by purchasing gifts for our growing family. Lululemon is a family favorite for our Gen Z kids and now us parents as well. Thank you Stacy, I'll be back!

Everything on the racks is always well organized, and the cleanliness is good. Clothes are awesome overall have never bought anything that wasn’t comfortable. They are per se “higher” on prices but there’s a reason. Highly recommend.

However, the bag I had to order is not in stock at most store currently, so they get the benefit of the doubt on that one. In general I love the quality and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a pleasant atmosphere. 😇
