  Shameful reckless and disrespectful if I can describe this disgrace of a location I was appalled to see my sister Valentine’s Day order ladies and gentlemen if you are ever in the mood for chocolate covered trees this is your store

  No wonder this store has 4 stars. Completely ruined Valentine’s Day by sending the absolute worst presentation of strawberries I have ever seen from Edible. Not to mention they forgot my balloons and had to redeliver. The manager laughed off my concerns and offered $10!! Tacky, tasteless and unprofessional. They ought to be ashamed and I have reached out to corporate! Update: Corporate refunded us! They were extremely professional. I never want anything from this specific location again.

  Terrible experience. Just absolutely terrible. I understand that everybody is busy around the holidays. I truly understand that, but when I placed an order ahead of time to ensure delivery for my wife, with multiple store associates saying that “your order will get delivered on time, don’t worry.” And then get told that my order got “forgot about”, that is not great. Called the store multiple times as my order wasn’t updating through the tracker. Was worried about the delivery not getting there on time, but both times I called (1p and 4p) both store workers stated that they will get it on the next truck. I stressed the importance and that I just needed them to be honest if they weren’t going to make it, so I could figure something out. With both workers saying that they personally will guarantee the delivery I was able to rest easy. I call again at 6p, to be told my order was sitting there and it was forgotten about to be put on the truck. So not only does my wife not get her presents for Valentine’s Day (thankfully she is great and understands) but I feel absolutely terrible that I couldn’t get my wife her Valentine’s Day stuff. I genuinely will never use Edible Arrangements again and am extremely disappointed in this entire situation.

  Christine (one of the managers I believe) is very customer-friendly individual. She's professional and relational. Good service by the other team members I've also met.

  I was referred to this place and it is my first time placing an order and from my experience I will never order from this plane again!
