The initial delivery only came with the box of cheesecakes left on my mother’s porch. I called the store & let them know i didn’t get my full order. They sent the driver to drop everything else back off. He came back & only left the rose. I wasn’t aware until 2 days later, so I called the store again to tell them, I didn’t receive the card I wrote her as well as the balloons & they had already refunded my money for the ballon’s which was $20 without letting me know.The customer service could’ve been better. It was Mother’s day, the gift wasn’t appealing at all, being that they dropped 2 different pieces off at 2 different times & instead of calling me to apologize & figure out what else we could do, you just refund $20 without my knowledge. Not satisfied.
