- CDChandra DuniganOct 21, 20251.0Wouldn't even give one star..purchased over $200 worth of jeans for son he accidentally picked up the wrong size on one pair ( to big) didn't realize until he was putting them on to wear, took them straight back (the next day with all tags and receipt) to simply exchange for the correct size and was refused because the tags were not attached to the jeans...SERIOUSLY! it was obvious the jeans had not been worn as they were literally purchased the day before. Due to this we took back the entire purchase and refunded ( except the pair that didn't fit)- threw those in the trash...I will never walk into American Eagle again. Customer service sucks. Exchange sucks. Clothes suck.
- DMDonna MortonJul 7, 20251.0The WORST location I have ever been to. I came in to find a specific pair of shorts that my daughter wanted, she prefers a certain material by Aerie. We are in from out of town, I figured this experience would be the same as our store in AZ. I walked in, the employees were standing in a little group chatting away, I was never greeted. They were on their phones just goofing off. I started to look for the item in their store, however it was unorganized and chaotic. No sizes were available at all. I finally had to go find an associate, when I asked her about the Real Me XTRA material she looked at my like she had no clue what I was talking about. Then, she went to the back, pulled out the exact item I mentioned and asked, "YOU mean this one?" as if I was dumb. I said yes, I was hoping to get a few pairs. They were the Real me XTRA that I mentioned. She then told me she could go get more, there are tons in the back? It baffled me that they didn't have black bike shorts out for the summer?! Again, this store was EMPTY, but I guess it's because they have no one who works stock. No one seemed like they wanted to help or even be there, I felt like a bother for even shopping. I'm not sure if they were new or just weren't familiar with what they sold. I have shopped with this company before Aerie or my daughter even existed, and this entire experience makes me hesitant to shop with the brand any longer. Just like everything else, I guess it's going down hill.
