- ABAvril BreezyNov 29, 20251.0Ordered online yesterday to pick up at this location. It showed online that 4 out of 7 of my items I could pick up today. The only reason I picked this location and to order store pick up. I get a email today your items are available for pickup and it’s only showing two items and the two items wasn’t the important ones I agreed to. I call the store the young man tells me he can’t cancel my order. I call customer service and she says she helped me cancel my order. I get off phone thinking ok I’ll just go ahead order again and get it delivered. No it’s only showing one item being canceled. I call back customer service. It’s different girl she says sorry they should explained. Only when the store gets the items in store they can then cancel your items because they have to scan each item. So you’re telling me you all just can’t take my order number and cancel my order? You got to be kidding me. Yes she said it can take up to 15 days. Worst return cancellation system I’ve ever seen. This isn’t a return. So now I’ve canceled not even getting the two items and I have to wait for refund until they get items in store. It already showed me December 11th and 12th.for other items. So yeah don’t order pick up from store because that store should have had what it showed yesterday when I ordered but evidently their inventory is not correct at this location. It’s 2025 and I can’t believe you just can’t use my order number and cancel whole order.

- CDChandra DuniganOct 21, 20251.0Wouldn't even give one star..purchased over $200 worth of jeans for son he accidentally picked up the wrong size on one pair ( to big) didn't realize until he was putting them on to wear, took them straight back (the next day with all tags and receipt) to simply exchange for the correct size and was refused because the tags were not attached to the jeans...SERIOUSLY! it was obvious the jeans had not been worn as they were literally purchased the day before. Due to this we took back the entire purchase and refunded ( except the pair that didn't fit)- threw those in the trash...I will never walk into American Eagle again. Customer service sucks. Exchange sucks. Clothes suck.
