    The sales associates on the first floor specifically the women where Jo Malone and Diptyque are, are extremely rude not very helpful. I waited in the area for 20 minutes to make a purchase. Unfortunately no one came to assist me so I went to the 3rd floor and found a sales associate up there to come down and help me purchase my items. Since Vanessa left the company that department really lacks in customer service. The only person that provides excellent customer service is Allen, but he seems to not work as often as he once did.
