  I bought a bag online to be picked up at the store, once I took a look at it, I changed my mind and exchanged it for another bag from the shelf. Brought that one home to contemplate, and decided I didn’t like this one either, so I came in to exchange again. The bag I wanted wasn’t in stock, so I asked if I could return and order that bag online. I was told I couldn’t return it, and the manager just stepped away, left me standing there with no resolution. I didn’t want the bag, so my only option was to exchange it for any bag available at the store, with equal value or higher. I picked one out just to get it over with, now my bag’s sitting in my closet, never been used because of the bad vibe. I wish they were more patient and helpful.
