  We came because they offer split shoe sizes. My son has clubbed foot causing his one foot to be smaller than other. The kids shoe department manager (I think his name was Shatty) was an absolute delight and made everything super easy.

  This Nordstrom has lost its luster and could probably use a glow up cosmetically. However, the sales people I’ve encountered over the years have always been solid. Giving Brittany in fragrance a shout out because she tracked down a bottle of Phlur Peach Skin for me. I need this location to get more fragrances though. It seems like the selection is pretty limited as compared to how it was 10-15 years ago. But I’m glad we at least have one Nordys in the area.

  I shop here a lot, so it’s really a shame that I and another Nordstrom employee weren’t treated very well by two men working in the men’s fragrance/accessory area tonight. I came in on Friday, October 3rd around 7:30pm to see if the beauty department had the Sauvage Aftershave Balm. Brittany in fragrance saw she had a tester on the Dior shelf, but could not find it in the drawers. I, along with another beauty worker, went to the men’s fragrance/accessory section and asked the two men if they had it, at Brittany’s recommendation while she continued looking. One man immediately in a rude and annoyed tone said “I don’t know, probably not” but didn’t bother to look anywhere or offer any assistance. I still thanked them and I went back to Brittany, and then she checked the computer and saw they had one in stock. She really went above and beyond, went to the back to find it but to no avail. Brittany decided to check one more time with the two men, and they snapped at her and were very rude. One of them said “I already told that customer we don’t have it, why are you asking me again?” I was stunned that he would talk like that to his coworker, and around customers! Brittany explained she was just trying to find the product for the customer, but the men kept complaining and talking down to her. I could tell it really upset Brittany, I was really sad for her. I was upset and confused because the men talked badly about me, too! Those men came across as very aggressive and condescending, and they probably shouldn’t be working a customer facing position or in a team environment if they’re so bitter about doing their jobs. Brittany apologized for not finding the product and made me a sample instead, which was fine with me. She was wonderful and definitely didn’t deserve to be treated like that.
