Shayla was so kind, she helped sign us up for their email list, she told us about the "country" theme they were having, and kept up pleasantries during our purchases. We really appreciated her help and patience. The atmosphere was also very inviting. We were greeted when we walked into the store with big smiles from the other employees and offers of help. Will definitely come again.

The young lady working the first shift Saturday obviously did not understand customer service or how to sell products. A good salesperson would have turned what they did not have into a sale. That’s what they did in Dillards. They didn’t have the item I wanted but they say we have these items because they asked the proper questions found out I was from the South and it was a little colder in Cleveland than I expected and I needed something to help keep me warm while being out in the city. Wish I could give this location a 0
